These Terms of Sale define the subscription, usage and billing terms for services offered by 0bla.com, a privacy-respecting URL shortener, published by Mehdi Kachouri.

0bla provides URL shortening with click statistics. Features vary by plan: short links, statistics, password protection, expiry dates, device targeting, CSV export, API and team features. Data processing is described in the privacy policy.

Plans, features, limits and current prices are presented on the pricing page. Pro and Business subscriptions are available online, with monthly or annual billing according to your selection. For Enterprise, contact us before subscribing.

The amount and billing period are displayed before payment confirmation. Any promotions are presented with their conditions on the pricing page.

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. Payment is due at subscription and each renewal. In case of payment failure, access to paid features may be automatically suspended.

In accordance with applicable regulations, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital services executed immediately after subscription with prior user consent. No refund is guaranteed after service activation.

Subscriptions are commitment-free and can be cancelled at any time from the user dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No prorated refund is provided.

The user agrees not to use 0bla to distribute illegal, fraudulent, malicious content or content infringing on third-party rights. Any abuse (phishing, malware, spam) may result in immediate account suspension without notice.

0bla acts as a technical tool and cannot be held responsible for the content of shortened links. The user remains solely responsible for generated and distributed URLs.

The data needed for the service, protective measures, their limits and third-party services used are described in the privacy policy and Security page. Click statistics are pseudonymised, without a guarantee of anonymity.

0bla strives to ensure continuous service availability, without guaranteeing no interruptions. Maintenance operations may be performed without notice.

The API is accessible according to conditions defined in the documentation. Any abusive or excessive usage (spam, overload) may result in access limitation or suspension.

0bla reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of any substantial modification. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

These Terms are governed by the law applicable at the publisher's registered office. In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action.
