1. Purpose
These Terms of Service define the conditions for accessing and using 0bla.com, a privacy-focused URL shortening service published by Mehdi Kachouri. Using the service constitutes full acceptance of these terms.
2. Service description
0bla creates short links from long URLs, with additional features depending on the plan: click statistics, expiry dates, password protection, device targeting, data exports and API access.
3. Access to the service
The service is available without an account for temporary links, or with an account for advanced features.
Users are responsible for keeping their credentials confidential and for their use.
4. User obligations
Users agree to use the service in accordance with applicable law. Prohibited uses include phishing, fraud, impersonation, malware distribution, spam, illegal content and harassment. Abuse may result in immediate suspension or deletion.
5. Reporting and moderation
Users can report abusive content through the dedicated page. 0bla reserves the right to disable a reported link, suspend or delete an account, or restrict access to the service. These actions may be taken without notice in the event of a clear violation.
6. Liability
0bla acts as a technical tool for making links available. Users are solely responsible for the content of the URLs they shorten and for sharing them. 0bla cannot be held responsible for content accessible through generated links.
7. Service availability
0bla strives to provide continuous access to the service without guaranteeing permanent availability. Interruptions may occur for maintenance, security or service improvements.
8. Data and privacy
The service processes data needed for accounts, links, statistics and protection against abuse. Click statistics are pseudonymised, without a guarantee of anonymity. The data processed and third-party services used are described in the privacy policy.
9. API and technical use
API use must comply with these terms. Abusive or automated use, or use that could disrupt the service, may result in access restrictions or suspension.
10. Suspension and termination
0bla may suspend or terminate access in the event of a breach of these terms, suspicious or malicious activity, or failure to comply with the law. Deletion may take place without notice where there is an immediate risk.
11. Changes to these terms
0bla reserves the right to change these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
12. Applicable law
These terms are governed by the law applicable at the publisher's registered office. In the event of a dispute, an amicable resolution will be sought first.
