1. Purpose

These Terms of Sale define the subscription, usage and billing terms for services offered by 0bla.com, a privacy-respecting URL shortener, published by Mehdi Kachouri.

2. Service Description

0bla offers a URL shortening service with anonymized analytics, without collecting identifiable personal data. Features vary by plan: short link creation, anonymized statistics, password protection, expiration, device targeting, CSV export, API and advanced team features.

3. Plans and Pricing

Guest: no account required, temporary links (5 minutes).
Free: 5 active links, 30-day retention.
Pro: 9.99 EUR/month, unlimited links, 1-year retention, advanced features.
Business: 29.99 EUR/month, unlimited retention, custom domain, API, team.
Enterprise: 149 EUR/month, multi-teams, SSO, SLA, Zero-Knowledge audit.

Prices are in EUR (tax included) and may be changed at any time for new subscriptions.

4. Payment Terms

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. Payment is due at subscription and each renewal. In case of payment failure, access to paid features may be automatically suspended.

5. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with applicable regulations, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital services executed immediately after subscription with prior user consent. No refund is guaranteed after service activation.

6. Duration and Termination

Subscriptions are commitment-free and can be cancelled at any time from the user dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No prorated refund is provided.

7. User Obligations

The user agrees not to use 0bla to distribute illegal, fraudulent, malicious content or content infringing on third-party rights. Any abuse (phishing, malware, spam) may result in immediate account suspension without notice.

8. Liability

0bla acts as a technical tool and cannot be held responsible for the content of shortened links. The user remains solely responsible for generated and distributed URLs.

9. Security and Privacy

0bla applies a Zero-Trace approach: no IP stored in plain text, no data resale, no third-party trackers. Data is hosted in Switzerland (Infomaniak) and secured via HTTPS, HSTS, CSP and advanced encryption.

10. Service Availability

0bla strives to ensure continuous service availability, without guaranteeing no interruptions. Maintenance operations may be performed without notice.

11. API and Technical Usage

The API is accessible according to conditions defined in the documentation. Any abusive or excessive usage (spam, overload) may result in access limitation or suspension.

12. Modification of Terms

0bla reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of any substantial modification. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

13. Applicable Law

These Terms are governed by the law applicable at the publisher's registered office. In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action.
