At 0bla, we made a simple choice: not to use artificial intelligence to surveil, profile, manipulate or exploit users.
1. Our Core Principle
0bla is designed with a Zero-Trace logic. We do not use AI to analyze individual behaviors, predict visitor intentions, generate marketing profiles, or automate any form of hidden surveillance.
2. What We Do Not Do
No individual visitor tracking, no identity reconstruction, no fingerprinting, no data cross-referencing, no behavioral analysis, no content or price personalization, no ad networks, no data resale.
3. Zero Tracking by Design
No third-party trackers, no advertising cookies, no marketing pixels, no cross-advertising sessions. Statistics serve one purpose: providing useful, anonymized and limited indicators.
4. No AI to Compensate for Excessive Collection
We limit collection first, making any advanced behavioral analysis layer unnecessary. We don't seek to "better exploit" data — we seek not to accumulate it unnecessarily.
5. No Profiling
No score, segment or individual profile from clicks, devices, browsers or locations.
6. No Opaque Decisions
No automated decisions based on invisible scoring, ranking or behavioral exploitation logic.
7. No Marketing AI
No artificial engagement, no attention manipulation, no advertising funnels based on surveillance.
8. Security and Limited Automation
Protection mechanisms remain strictly limited to security and abuse prevention. No invasive analysis, no generalized surveillance, no commercial reuse of technical signals.
9. A Deliberately Sober Position
A respectful service doesn't need AI to exist. Technical sobriety is part of our responsible digital approach: less unnecessary complexity, fewer external dependencies, less opacity, fewer risks.
10. Transparency
No hidden AI, no concealed tracking, no advertising exploitation, no surveillance logic under the guise of optimization. Every technical function must remain understandable, justified and proportionate.
11. 0bla's Commitment
Protect privacy above all. Collect as little as possible. Not use AI as a surveillance tool. Not monetize data. Maintain an approach consistent with our Zero-Trace promise.
